Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as George Allard.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Parkinson’s Disease
