(L.A.) Francisco Castillo, 41, Died at a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Francisco Castillo.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP FRANCISCO CASTILLO (April 30, 1983 – November 24, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:30 a.m.

Ruling on the cause of death was published in mid-December. This has been classified by the government as an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose for statistical pursposes.

The body, however, was not brought to the Department of Medical Examiner for an autopsy or for drug testing.

It was a private doctor that signed off on the cause of death.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
