RIP JUAN SALAZAR (July 20, 1981 – December 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are more than half a dozen decedents named “Juan Salazar” in public records. A 48-year-old died from a stabbing in October 2023, and a 70-year-old died from natural causes in February 2023.
