(L.A.) Brandon Wallace, 32, Died in Rehab

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a rehabilitation facility.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Brandon Wallace.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:21 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
