(L.A.) Sean Patton, 46, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sean Patton.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Carfentanil, and Methamphetamine

RIP SEAN PATTON (February 19, 1978 – August 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:03 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
