(L.A.) Anthony Haro, 47, Died at a Gas Station

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Latino male that occurred at a gas station.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Haro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects

RIP ANTHONY HARO (February 1, 1977 – November 25, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:08 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
