(L.A.) Heidi Kittel, 41, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Heidi Kittel.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:55 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
