Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred at his apartment in Koreatown.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jermaine Henderson.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Golliday.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Note that there are at least two decedents named ” Jermaine Henderson” in public records who both died at the age of 40. They were both born in L.A. County but have different mothers and different birthdates.
