The coroner’s office identified the woman as Wanda Harlowe.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Heroin and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:20 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
