The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alfred Varela.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus
