The coroner’s office has identified the man as Silas Scoggins.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Sepsis with Organ Dysfunction

Cause of Death C: Urinary Tract Infection

Cause of Death D: Chronic Kidney Disease

Other Significant Condition: Dementia
