The coroner’s office has identified the man as Frank Tom.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:17 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 22.
