Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a two-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as Tyree Jordan Jr and listed his race/ethnicity as Black + Latino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Drowning

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:53 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 25.
