Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Fudail Burns Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Oxycodone, Alprazolam, and Promethazine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:02 a.m.

Promethazine is a medication used to prevent and treat allergic reactions, nausea and vomiting, and motion sickness, and to provide sedation before or after certain medical procedures.
