Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Dave Yonko.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP DAVE YONKO (May 31, 1972 – September 23, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:37 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
