(L.A.) Maxon Kuch, 5, Died From an Accident

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a five-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the boy as Maxon Kuch.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:57 p.m.
The decedent may have been of Asian/Cambodian descent.
According to the GoFundMe, the child died in a vehicle-related incident.

MEDIA REPORT
A boy fell out of a SUV being driven by his mother and was run over by that vehicle in a gym parking lot in Industry.
The boy, sitting in the back, was not in a car seat when one of the SUV’s doors opened.
Authorities do not yet know how the door got opened.
The mother has not been arrested.
Incident location was the parking lot of UFC Gym at 17638 Castleton Street. It was reported to sheriff’s deputies at 6:18 p.m.
There was also another boy riding in the SUV at the time.
