The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ulises Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:48 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 16.
