(L.A.) Salvador Lopez, 36, Died at a Bus Stop

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Latino male that occurred at a bus stop.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Salvador Lopez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Salvador Lopez” in public records.
