(L.A.) Stan Watson, 63, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Stan Watson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2 and Recent Cocaine Use

RIP STAN WATSON (July 23, 1961 – September 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 20.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
