(L.A.) Wendy Harris, 68, Died While in Assisted Living

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Black female that occurred at an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Wendy Harris.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Hydrocodone

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Kidney Failure, Recent Cocaine Use

RIP WENDY HARRIS (June 20, 1956 – September 9, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:11 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in December.
