(L.A.) Richard Harbert, 49, Died From Meth Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Harbert.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP RICHARD HARBERT (July 23, 1975 – August 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
