Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dane O’Reilly.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensin, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure
