(L.A.) Starla Lee, 45, Died From Coke Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Starla Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

RIP STARLA LEE (January 18, 1979 – August 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
