(L.A.) Lavelle Garrison, 53, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lavelle Garrison.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Intoxication

RIP LAVELLE GARRISON (August 13, 1970 – August 4, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 10.
