Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lucky Guzman.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Espinoza.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Heroin, and Codeine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:50 p.m.
The decedent was found lifeless on a walkway of a shopping center.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
