Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in the desert.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Laurel Boblett.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP LAUREL BOBLETT (November 27, 1981 – July 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
