(L.A.) Lourdes Montes De Oca, 54, Ended Her Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lourdes Montes De Oca.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Tramadol, Cyclobenzaprine, Diphenhydramine, and Clonazepam

Other Significant Condition: Medical History of Depression

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
