Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black female who passed away at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Monique Robertson.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:47 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
