(L.A.) Jesus Lemus, 63, Died in Transitional Housing

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred in transitional housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jesus Lemus.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP JESUS LEMUS (April 14, 1961 – July 26, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:58 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late November, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
