RIP JOHN EBERHARD (May 12, 1974 – July 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in November.

The meth classifies this as an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Any death due to overheating is also considered an accident.

Facial cellulitis can in fact lead to sepsis, and therefrom death. Sepsis occurs when the body’s response to infection causes widespread inflammation and organ dysfunction. In the case of facial cellulitis, bacteria enter through breaks in the skin, causing infection that can spread to the bloodstream if left untreated.

Meth use significantly increases the risk of developing facial cellulitis, due to skin damage, compromised immune system, poor hygiene, bacterial introduction, altered skin environment, and delayed healing.
