(L.A.) Manuel Nila, 72, Died at an RV Park/Trailer

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an RV park/trailer.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Manuel Nila.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

RIP MANUEL NILA (May 5, 1952 – July 18, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
