The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen Moore.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Covid-19 Infection, Polysubstance Abuse, Schizoaffective Disorder, Chronic Pain, Hypertension, Bipolar Disorder, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Cerebrovascular Accident

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:35 a.m.
