The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose De La O Amaya.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:47 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
