Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at a freeway underpass/wash.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Madrid.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP ANTHONY MADRID (July 17, 1986 – June 26, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
