Other Significant Conditions: History of Alcoholic Liver Disease and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:46 a.m.
The decedent was found lifeless in a place that the government investigator desribed as “bushes.”
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner on the COD was published on August 11.
