Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Glass.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Effects of Bupropion and Doxepin

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:21 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September.
