(L.A.) Carlos Castro Garcia, 29, Died From Multiple Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Carlos Castro Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP CARLOS CASTRO GARCIA (January 17, 1995 – June 7, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:05 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
