RIP JOHN HELMS (September 22, 1959 – June 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:16 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

Polydrug use, which involves the consumption of multiple substances simultaneously or within a short period, has become increasingly prevalent and is a significant factor in drug-related deaths.
