Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Latino male that occurred in permanent supportive housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chris Salazar.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:58 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
