(L.A.) Henry Raglin, 26, Died at a Sober Living Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a sober living home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Henry Raglin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effect of O-Desmethyltramadol and Diazepam

Other Significant Conditions: Cardiomegaly with Chronic Pericarditis and Status Post Aortic Valve Replacement

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:42 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 2. This is considered an accidental drug overdose.

O-Desmethyltramadol is primarily prescribed as a pain reliever. It is two to four times more potent than the usual tramadol.

Diazepam is a benzodiazepine medication used to treat anxiety disorders, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, muscle spasms, and certain types of seizures.
