The coroner’s office has identified the man as Pak Chow.

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Blunt Force Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Diabetes Mellitus and Unspecified Dementia
