Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Woods.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Probable Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:09 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 1.
