The coroner’s office identified the woman as Etta Carter.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Emboli

Cause of Death B: Popliteal Venous Thrombosis

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 10:34 a.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Etta Johnson Carter.
