Cause of Death A: Intra-Abdominal Fetal Demise
Cause of Death B: Maternal Uterine Rupture
Other Significant Conditions: Maternal History of Previous Cesarian Sections, Previous Uterine Ruptures, and Drug Use

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 21.
Intra-abdominal fetal demise, often referred to as intrauterine fetal demise or stillbirth, occurs when a fetus dies in the womb after the 20th week of gestation. This condition is distinct from a miscarriage, which occurs before this gestational age.
