(L.A.) Anwar Mitchell, 32, Died in a Public Restroom

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Black male that occurred in a public restroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anwar Mitchell.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 10:25 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
