The coroner’s office has identified the man as Boqin Chen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Hypertension
