The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roland Marsh.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sepsis and Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia with Obstruction and Necrosis

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Cirrhosis of Liver and Drug Abuse

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:11 p.m.
