Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Vuoso.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:49 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental overdose.
