(L.A.) Martin Plock Died in Prison

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Caucasian male that occurred in prison.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Martin Plock.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Morphine / Heroin Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Cardiomegaly

We believe the Department of Medical Examiner made a mistake with the date of birth, which they provided as October 7, 1970, making him age 34 at the time of death.

There is a California birth record for a Martin Curtis Plock born on October 8, 1969, in San Luis Obispo County. Mother’s maiden name is Chung. He was buried at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier after having died on October 31, 2004, at the age of 35.
