(L.A.) Elliott Dugan, 51, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Elliott Dugan.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Reed.

Height: 5 feet 8 inches / Weight: 180 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

RIP Elliott “Eli” Alexander Dugan III (January 21, 1973 – April 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:24 a.m.

The decedent died after crashing a stolen Lamborghini Huracán during a high-speed police chase that broke 100 miles per hour.

He already had three DUIs on his record in L.A. County alone. He was arrested for “23152(A) – DUI Alcohol/Drugs” in March 2022, May 2023, and January 2024.
